Rent a
dumpster fast

1. Anything over the listed tonnage will be billed at a rate as indicated on step 2 of the order process.    
2. There is a $125.00 charge for all unsuccessful attempts to deliver or to pick up containers.
3. You must pay for each pick up and any past due charges owed in advance of each delivery.
4. To expedite payment of any unpaid balances generated from over tonnages or unplanned service charges, we will charge your credit card and notify you by mail of those charges.
5. We will not allow our drivers sit on site while containers are being loaded.
6. If a container is at a customer's location longer than 14 days there will be an equipment rental fee of $100.00 per week (or any part there of) charged to the customer. Containers are to be filled level with the top with no debris sticking out of the container.
7. We are not responsible for damage to placement surfaces.  The customer is to provide adequate planking or other suitable supports between the container and placement surface.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain street permits if necessary.
9. Containers are not to be moved by customers. Any damage caused to containers could result in damage claims or repair charges.
10. Suburban Carting Co. reserves the right to remove containers on the 7th day unless the customer has requested differently through customer service.

Unacceptable Items: The following items cannot loaded into your temporary containers. No tires, no car batteries, no 55 gallon drums, no asbestos or asbestos containing products, no hazardous materials (liquids like paint, oil, solvent, pesticides, etc.), no CFC containing appliances (like air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, de-humidifiers, etc.) If you are unsure of what items are acceptable, please call our office. If a container is found to have any of these items at the time of pick up, we will leave the container at the site until the unacceptable items have been off loaded. This may result in additional fees.
